Century Orchards Pty Ltd are committed to being leaders in the almonds and wine grapes industry Using the Quality Assurance System HACCP Principles (SQF 1000) Through communication with customers, visits to the market place, discussion with customers the adoption of quality assurance principles, In growing almonds and wine grapes Century Orchards Pty Ltd at all times follows the best practice quality procedure as laid out in the QA manual. All documents are used to guide orchard operations as a means of eliminating poor quality products. All management and staff of the company are empowered to take responsibility for decisions effecting quality of the almonds and wine grapes delivered to our customer. As a company involved in almonds and wine grapes growing we will aim through staff training, incentives, monitoring and company policy to achieve a high quality product. The quality systems used are aligned to the SQF 1000, using Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points as a means of process control. Century Orchards Pty Ltd employees will be encouraged through participation and commitment to the standards outlined in the manual to meet the demand of national and international markets to ensure the future of the company.
